Agreement

These terms apply when you use the Travelgram app, which is operated by Travelgram AI Inc., a Delaware corporation registered in Delaware, United States. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Travelgram helps you plan trips, discover places, and track the countries you have visited. It is provided as-is. It is currently in closed testing, so features may change or be withdrawn while we develop it.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity on your account, and for keeping your login details secure. You keep ownership of the photos you add and the trip data you create. By using the app you give us the limited permission needed to store and process that data in order to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app in breach of any law or third-party right;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its infrastructure;
• scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service;
• submit content you do not have the right to use.

Travel information

Places, opening hours, prices and transport information shown in the app can be wrong or out of date. Safety advice is general information, not professional advice. Always check official sources before you travel, and do not rely on the app as your only source.

Intellectual property

The Travelgram name, logo, app and design belong to Travelgram AI Inc.. Third-party names and marks, including Google Maps and Google Play, belong to their owners.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access where you breach these terms or where the law requires it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travelgram AI Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
